Dolly Parton has explained her reasons for having cosmetic surgery – she claims she has not had plastic surgery for vanity reasons, rather her surgery was for her fans.
The 63 year old explained that she feels that she owes it to her fans to remain ‘looking like Dolly’ and this means she feels the need to have cosmetic surgery to maintain her image.

Swedish bombshell Ulrika Jonsson has had cosmetic surgery to reduce the size of her breasts and to give her breasts an uplift.
Jonsson has said that she has always wanted breast reduction surgery, and this need intensified having had four children. Nicole Kidman has denied having any form of cosmetic procedure to help her maintain her youthful look.
In particular, Kidman has denied rumours of Botox stating that actresses need to be able to move their faces in order to portray emotions.
“’When you’re in Australia, you spend a lot of time inside if you’re fair-skinned because you burn,” she explained to the Daily Mail. “My mum would keep me indoors, and I would read books as I wasn’t able to go to the beach very often. I always felt like I wasn’t the cool girl at school.

Chantelle Houghton, most famous for winning Celebrity Big Brother and he short marriage to Ordinary Boys singer Samuel Preston, has said she regrets her breast augmentation cosmetic surgery.
After her high-profile divorce from Preston, Houghton decided to enlarge her breasts from a 32B to a 32E. However the 25 year old is now not convinced that getting the surgery was a good idea and is now considering having breast reduction surgery to reduce their size.

Katie Price has denied having any more cosmetic surgery. In an interview with New magazine she said, “When they see the reality show there’s the evidence that I haven’t had any more stuff done – only my hair extensions and nails. I never hide the fact I’ve had surgery.”
Recently, Price had been pictured with a glowing complexion issuing some to question whether she had had more Botox or not.

It is fair to say that ‘Glamour Model’ Katie Price (aka Jordan) has made a career from surgical enhancement. It was her two great assets placed on her chest by a plastic surgeon that shot her to fame in the late 90s, and in their naughties her on-screen cosmetic enhancements have helped to keep her there. Price has even been filmed during a trip to Los Angeles where she was seen discussing further breast surgery with an LA cosmetic surgeon as well as having Botox injections (along with husband Pete) at her home in England. Kylie Minogue has admitted that she uses Botox to help her keeping youthful and fresh. In an interview with Elle magazine, the Australian pop star – who turns 41 next month – admitted that she uses Botox to help keep her face wrinkle-free and to help keep her youthful visage.
“I’m definitely not one of those people who says, ‘You shouldn’t do this’,” she explained to Elle magazine. “Everyone individually can do what they want,”
