The former Destiny’s Child singer has revealed that she has breast enhancement surgery last October to increase her cup size from an A- to a B-cup. The star also revealed that she had been thinking about having the cosmetic surgery for over a decade.

“The last straw for me was putting on my favourite top and I looked like I was in kindergarten,” she explained. “That was really irritating. I still loved my body, that was just one thing I wanted to do – I wanted to go up a cup size.

“I remember going to my mom when I was 16 and saying, ‘I want my boobs done’. She said, ‘I wanted you to do it for you, not for the industry, not for a guy, not for any other reason.’ 11 years late, I decided to do it!”

“Yes, I have had Botox,” the 37-year old actress confirmed. “I was out in South Africa filming Wild at Heart last year and I was constantly frowning in the sun. I noticed crow’s feet coming and that’s when I had it. I don’t know a single person who has not had something done.”

Holden has admitted that Botox is not necessarily a good thing for actresses. “I need my muscles to move,” she explained. “As an actress Botox is a bit of a stupid thing to do because you need a moveable face.

“But my frown is back so it is definitely something I will consider again.”
