UK cosmetic surgery fans are trying so hard to save money on their operations that many are prepared to put their lives at risk.

Recent research has seen an increase in the number of Britons who are opting for “cosmetic surgery saver packages” where up to four cosmetic surgery procedures are done at the same time.
