Experts have warned people not to buy cheap DIY Botox kits. Botox kits, costing as little as $100, have appeared on the internet, most notable on the auction site eBay. The kits contain needles, saline (for mixing with the Botox powder), Botox powder, and a facial diagram showing where to inject the Botox.

British women have been rushing out to buy Boots No. 7 Protect & Perfect Intense Beauty Serum after clinical trials showed that the product could reduce wrinkles and improve the appearance of skin damaged by the sun.
Researchers at the University of Manchester carries out a clinical trial on 60 volunteers to determine how effective the product was. The results showed that 70% of people had significantly fewer wrinkles after 12 months of daily use compared to those given a placebo.

Dolly Parton has explained her reasons for having cosmetic surgery – she claims she has not had plastic surgery for vanity reasons, rather her surgery was for her fans.
The 63 year old explained that she feels that she owes it to her fans to remain ‘looking like Dolly’ and this means she feels the need to have cosmetic surgery to maintain her image.
