British Actress and judge on the TV show “Britain’s Got Talent” has admitted to having Botox. She elected to undergo the cosmetic procedure after realising that time filming in the harsh African sun and caused her to develop noticeable wrinkles on her face.

“Yes, I have had Botox,” the 37-year old actress confirmed. “I was out in South Africa filming Wild at Heart last year and I was constantly frowning in the sun. I noticed crow’s feet coming and that’s when I had it. I don’t know a single person who has not had something done.”

Holden has admitted that Botox is not necessarily a good thing for actresses. “I need my muscles to move,” she explained. “As an actress Botox is a bit of a stupid thing to do because you need a moveable face.

“But my frown is back so it is definitely something I will consider again.”
